**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Client Manager to join our Sales team, where the focus will be on a portfolio of key customers, along with the retention and extension of business.

Reporting to the Sales Manager WA/SA, the Client Manager will be the main point of contact for some of the companies most significant accounts. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities for the national accounts, whilst growing and retaining customers in your portfolio.

The role requires someone customer focused, driven and efficient, with an ability to build those strong relationships across all levels of the business and a strong understanding of sales and marketing, with account management skills.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
- Establish a call cycle to optimise customer service and maintain appropriate customer contact levels
- Prepare quarterly sales plans for all customers in the portfolio for management review
- Maintain the profile of all customers within the portfolio
- Account management of existing accounts
- Undertake complete customer profitability modelling
- Conduct research to gain a full understanding of each customer’s business, and on their customers’ business and introduce other Toll Group services to strengthen and foster the relationship
- Provide monthly KPI reports to customers where agreed
- Ensure all customer trading is current, and any outstanding debts are remedied, invoicing paid on time and in accordance with the customer payment terms
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with management, operational staff and drivers
- Establish competitor/market information profile and report market activities to management

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful for this role, you will need**:

- Experience and knowledge on account and customer relationship management
- Proven experience in account management
- A strong understanding of sales & marketing
- Competent in the use of the MS office suite
- The ability to build strong and lasting relationships across all levels of business
- Be collaborative
- Strong self-management and discipline
- Budget management
- Can do attitude
- Able to problem solve and think outside the box
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Car Drivers License
