**Tell me about this role**:
We are currently looking for an NV1 cleared Information Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. You will manage document control, and the development of a data and document management process to control and manage deliverables from project contractors.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Develop and document Branch and Project document control processes and procedures
- Train Branch and Project staff in document control processes and procedures
- Evaluate and optimise data and document control performance and processes for compliance with Defence policy and procedures
- Design and implement solutions to issues impacting on the achievement of desired outcomes
- Undertake complete information management for Branch and Project correspondence, and documentation including reviews / approvals and distribution of data and documents
- Ensure the integrity Project deliverables and correspondence are controlled

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Extensive background in Information Management, Document Controls, Data Management and Data Governance
- Demonstrated experience in a Defence environment (desirable)
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Australian citizenship and a current NV1 security clearance or higher
