ICT Shared Services Project Manager – Canberra

An experienced ICT Project Manager is required to lead the transition of ICT services into a shared services model. The role calls for a strong leader who can manage complex projects in a sensitive environment, provide strategic advice to executives, and support an internal ICT team while overseeing the transition.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Canberra through to June 2026, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will hold an active NV1 clearance and bring proven experience delivering ICT projects in the public sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the transition of ICT services to a shared service provider
  • Developing and implementing ICT strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Advising and engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Managing ICT operations, budgets, and resources
  • Supporting and mentoring a small ICT team
  • Ensuring ICT systems are secure, reliable, and fit-for-purpose
