We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clients' properties in Sydney and Melbourne.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage building maintenance, refurbishments, and minor handy-man activities
- Operate building services, plant, and equipment to maximize efficiencies
- Manage WHS and fire safety practices, including serving as Chief Fire Warden
- Monitor working conditions to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Manage budgets and contractors to deliver outcomes within agreed limits
- Flexibility to match operational activities, which may include early or late shifts
- Ability to be on-call in emergency situations
- Management of facility-related services and maintenance requests over seven days
**About you**:
- Extensive experience managing large venues or multiple facilities in a commercial environment over seven days
- Experience managing contractors to deliver timely outcomes within budget limits
- Knowledge of legal and safety requirements, including WHS
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility with working hours and availability to be on-call over seven days
- Experience with electronic records management systems (Content Manager) or willingness to learn
- Experience in a not-for-profit, government, or educational environment (desirable)
