Our client, a leading professional services firm, is looking for a dynamic Social Media & Digital Communications Manager, to oversee the creation of content for their digital and social media marketing strategy.

Based from either their Sydney or Melbourne offices and reporting into a manager who is highly regarded in the market, you will be responsible for managing content creation and engagement across all social media channels and the firm's website.

You will act as the brand custodian and storyteller for the organisation, managing the production of content for all digital communication channels and working closely with the CEO, Partners and Human Resources team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Implement and execute the social media and video content strategy
- Draft and post firm social media copy for all relevant channels, ensuring content is compelling, promotes areas of differentiation and reaches target audiences with clear, consistent and positive key messages
- Develop and manage social media campaigns from inception through to delivery and post campaign review, including consideration of paid components of campaign
- Work closely with the Content Producer to develop and deliver relevant video content
- Work closely with other members of the Marketing, Business Development and Communications team and ensure social media content focuses on topics of strategic importance

**Required Skills And Preferred Experience**
- Excellent knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends and channels, and best practice marketing communications
- Skilled digital and social media copywriter
- Highly creative, with experience in developing engaging content (e.g. video) and campaign concepts to appeal to various audiences (C-suite, graduates, employees etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to generate insights from campaign data
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- The ability to manage effectively with multiple stakeholders, at all levels, within tight deadlines and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in digital / social media content creation and /or communications and digital marketing, coupled with the relevant tertiary qualifications
