Do you live and breathe social and digital media? Have a flair for creating rich content for various audiences?

We're looking for a social media and digital content creator who is passionate about creating and managing content to join our marketing team.

Based in Melbourne, you will report to the Marketing Manager - Communications, and develop and implement a contemporary and dynamic social and digital media strategy to promote and market our business. From fostering a fun community environment with our audiences on our brand channels (we love a strong GIF game) to professional content on our corporate channels, this role is filled with diversity and lots of room for fresh ideas. Working across multiple brands in Australia and New Zealand, your work will be interesting and varied, and no two days will be alike. Some travel for content creation or to marketing events will be required.

In this role you will:

- Develop and manage the social media content calendar (copy and graphics) across all Penske brands.
- Create quality graphic design and video content for social media and digital assets (where possible) with internal stakeholders that is customised for various corporate identities and diverse audiences.
- Work with agencies and suppliers (photography/videography) to develop content for social and digital media
- Develop and implement the social media and website strategy
- Present social media strategies to internal stakeholders
- Manage and interact with social media audiences
- Monitor and manage website content to ensure it aligns with marketing and business strategies

**About you**:

- Bachelor of Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or similar
- Demonstrated content creation, social media and website experience in industrial/corporate environment
- Experience working with social media management tools and content management systems (CMS)
- Graphic design and video editing experience are highly desirable. Experience in Canva, Adobe Suite is favourable
- Excellent communication skills
