**About the Role**
We are seeking a **confident, motivated, and results-driven Office Receptionist** to join our growing team in Sydney. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you will play a vital role in representing our organisation with professionalism and warmth. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate office supplies and liaise with suppliers as needed.
- Support different departments with ad hoc tasks and communication.
**Experience**:
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred.
- Experience in customer-facing roles will be highly regarded.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, phone systems, and booking software) is desirable.
**Skills & Abilities**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
