**Your new company**

A large not for profit organisation providing health services across Victoria is looking to add a HR Coordinator to their team on a short term assignment. Supporting a diverse and busy HR team, you will join an organisation during a period of change and growth and support across all aspects of day to day HR.

**Your new role**

Ready to coordinate this HR team? Your key responsibilities will be:

- HR inbox management
- System management and updates
- Updating staff details & organisation charts
- Supporting HR projects
- HR reporting & data entry

**What you'll need to succeed**

Previous experience in a HR role is essential. You will be a strong and confident communicator as this role will see you liaise with multiple different stakeholders across the business. Ideally you will have worked in a large organisation or with multiple systems and awards or EBAs and have a top level understanding of them.
