Experience in a similar role within a call centre environment is necessary.

**The role**:

- Provide consistent high-quality customer service by interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries from internal customers and external customers
- Handle customer data and information with confidentiality
- Maintain accurate records and databases in the inhouse systems
- Process a range of transactions across the service line accurately
- Other administrative duties as required

**Skills/Experience**
- The Shared Services Support Officer will often be the first point of contact. It is essential that you enjoy providing a high level of customer service treating customers with honesty, fairness, sensitivity and dignity.
- 2-3 years experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Strong and accurate date entry skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in telephony systems
