3 month inbound customer service opportunity to work for a large council in the northern suburbs across 3 locations
- **Previous contact centre experience essential**:

- **Represent a Local Government authority providing excellent service to members of the community**:

- **Across 3 locations, own transport required| 3 month temporary opportunity**

You will be working in a council located in the northern suburbs. You will work as a team to undertake frontline call centre and cashiering/administrative tasks in order to achieve the delivery of effective and quality Customer Service across 3 locations.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supporting and maintaining a positive image of the Council to members of the public through professional standards of personal presentation and through the provision of services/advice in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Delivering service to a high-volume call centre while contributing to the Key Performance Indicators required.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Experience in both face-to-face and high-volume telephone customer services
- Experience working in an administrative environment with a strong customer and team focus
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
- Language other than English will be an advantage
- Positive and proactive attitude towards work
