**The Role**

Downer, as a consortium partner at the Sydney International Convention Centre has a unique opportunity for a Facilities Operations Manager to join our team in Darling Harbour. This is a unique opportunity to join a long-term contract in a vibrant and challenging sector in which Spotless is proudly leading the way in service delivery to it.

To excel in this key role within the Spotless ICC team, you will have:

- Significant post qualification experience in the building/service industry
- Management, quoting, estimating, planning, design, delivery of FM projects and building works
- Managing multiple projects with conflicting priorities
- Management of internal and subcontractor delivery resources
- Comprehensive understanding of scope of works development and whole-of-life principles, practices and legislation.
- Technical knowledge in construction, building maintenance or project management
- Well-developed computer literacy skills, experience and understanding of asset management/scheduling systems.
