Global Facilities Lead

The Global Facilities Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, upkeep and management of facilities across various locations. This role involves developing and implementing global maintenance strategies to ensure standardised processes, operational efficiency, and compliance.

  • Develop and implement a cohesive global maintenance strategy to ensure standardised processes, operational efficiency, and compliance across all campuses.
  • Oversee both preventative and reactive maintenance programs, minimising downtime and operational disruptions.
About The Role

This is a mid-senior level position that requires experience in facilities maintenance, property management, or operations at a global scale. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of building systems, regulatory compliance, sustainability practices, and asset management.

  • You have 10+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, property management, or operations at a global scale.
  • You're skilled at managing and optimising multiple sites by centralising and systemising maintenance operations across regions.
