A Facility Management Professional is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance programs, developing business strategies, and conducting audits to verify maintenance standards. They will also manage landlord and property-related issues, provide support to supervisors and subcontractors, and regularly report on business performance to key stakeholders.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of building systems, budget management, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facility management, preferably in a similar industry, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day operations, develop strategies, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  2. Effectively manage maintenance budgets, contractual agreements, and landlord-related issues.
  3. Provide support to supervisors, subcontractors, and deliver regular reports on business performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., facilities management, engineering).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a facilities management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Police Check preparedness.
