Operational Facilities Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring a safe and efficient operational footprint aligned with business objectives.
The successful candidate will support and drive strategic property investments and facility improvements across the national branch network.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support property projects including site upgrades, security enhancements, branding, and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage supplier relationships and assist with procurement related to property works.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safety compliance and alignment with strategic goals.
- Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance by liaising with landlords and branch managers.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years of experience in commercial facilities management.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong contractor management skills with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
- Excellent time management organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general equipment familiarity.
