The role of the Digital Vendor and Contract Manager is to support the RTA through the next phase of digital transformation projects by taking ownership of ICT contract management and vendor performance management activities across the organisation.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the development and execution of contracts with key corporate & project leaders.
- Be self-driven with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the performance of major vendors against contract management plans, contractual terms and Service Level Agreements.
- A high level of written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Proven experience with management of major contracts and products, including completion of necessary stakeholder consultation, to ensure outstanding issues are resolved.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops with a range of stakeholders, documenting outcomes and recommendations.
