Lead Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to drive digital transformation across our organisation. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of digital programs and projects, transforming experiences, technologies, and ways of working.

You will inspire confidence in digital delivery by managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to execute strategic initiatives. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.

The successful candidate will have proven experience leading large-scale digital transformations, driving customer change through digital experiences. They will also possess strategic thinking and structured discovery capabilities, with a customer-centric and outcome-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and delivery of digital programs and projects, transforming experiences, technologies, and ways of working
  • Inspire confidence in digital delivery by managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to execute strategic initiatives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across product, design, engineering, and the business to drive sustained change and value
  • E nsure compliance with regulatory obligations while identifying opportunities to unlock business value
  • Oversee program financials, resource planning, and benefit realisation across the digital portfolio
