Digital Transformation Leader

Shaping the digital future of Queensland's critical energy infrastructure is a key responsibility for this leadership role. Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager Corporate Services, you will engage at Board level and drive transformation through a comprehensive program of work focused on cyber security, service excellence, and commercial outcomes.

This strategic position involves leading a large, diverse team of highly skilled technical professionals to deliver secure, innovative, and future-ready technology solutions that support operations and meet the evolving needs of customers.

You will provide regular briefings to the Executive team and Board on critical IT and digital matters, building strong, collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support major projects and ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary and inclusive leader, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. They will have expertise in enterprise architecture, technology lifecycles, and information security, as well as experience in managing strategic vendor partnerships and confidence in presenting at Board and Executive levels on complex and critical technical matters.
