**About the role**
We currently have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Head of Digital to join the Business Performance and Technology team within QIC Real Estate. Were open for this role to be based in either or Brisbane or Sydney office.
As the Head of Digital you will be focused on partnering with the business to identify and progress the technology solutions and digital capabilities to enable market-leading experience and connection for our tenant partners (B2B), shoppers/consumers/occupiers (guests) (B2C) and employees to drive commercial outcomes and transformative change.
In addition to this you’ll be responsible for:

- Proactively identify new technology opportunities that are relevant to RE’s strategic priorities and operational challenges/commercial opportunities and make collaborative assessment of the fit/value to the business with key leaders.
- Closely partner with the business leaders and Digital Manager/s (reporting to you) in the initial concept development and business case development for technology initiatives/projects, either to seek corporate or asset-level funding allocations, and define value (income, cost reduction, other benefit types).
- Drive the focus on adoption and consistent implementation of digital technologies across the business with a broad focus on maximising value, experiences and operational efficiencies.

In addition to this, you’ll have capability across key areas such as:

- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with people at all levels of the organisation and build strong relationships and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Able to communicate a compelling vision and purpose to broader team.
- A full understanding of the technology and digital strategy development process
- Understanding of related capabilities such as digital marketing, e-commerce, design thinking, UX and service design
- Understanding of information architecture and technical solution design
- Understanding of data-analytics, artificial intelligence, and internet-of-things
- Expertise in management of external vendors and procurement
- Leadership, influence and Organisational Change Management (OCM) skills
- Project Management skills
- Strategic, complex and lateral thinking
