Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of eCommerce and digital marketing specialists.
- Manage the company's eCommerce platform and integrated systems.
- Oversee all company websites, including rebuilding them in line with the latest web development trends.
- Manage paid digital advertising, including Google Ads and social advertising.
- Improve SEO performance to increase organic website traffic.
- Establish and manage relationships with all relevant vendors and agencies.
- Identify and solve performance bottlenecks and strategic problems proactively.
- Ensure team availability to maintain functioning eCommerce platforms.
- Carry out regular data analysis and establish reporting programs to monitor key metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and Group Marketing on other projects as directed.

Key Requirements:

- At least 5 years of senior eCommerce or Marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- A passion for achieving business objectives.
- Experience with Shopify and WordPress.
- Moderate coding, liquid, and ruby experience is highly regarded.
- A can-do mindset.
