Seeking an experienced and well connected practice manager for a speech and occupational therapy centre.

**Your new company**
A brand new Speech and Occupational Therapy Centre based in the Penrith Region, is seeking an experienced and well-connected Practice Manager to effectively manage the day-to-day operations. This role will require you to work full-time hours, offered on a permanent basis with an attractive salary package and bonus structure.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for many duties including;
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding of therapists
- Front desk administration support, liaising with clients in a professional manner
- Management and scheduling of appointments
- Creating and updating client records as required
- Monitoring and ordering general office stationery and kitchen supplies
- Oversee general finances, recording payments and processing when required
- Managing centre and therapists compliance
- Managing a small administration team

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you must have previously worked as a Practice Manager, ideally within a Speech/Occupational Therapy centre. In addition you will display:

- Strong organisation skills with competence in calendar and appointment management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be empathetic and patient
- The ability to be adaptable and use initiative around the workplace
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience managing recruitment processes will be highly advantageous
- Previous experience with managing NDIS compliance
