The Retail Operations Specialist will support Michael Hill’s Retail Operations Team by reviewing data, making recommendations, and facilitating the delivery of key business improvements.

**Your Primary responsibilities will be to**:

- Provide excellent customer experiences when handling enquiries while demonstrating our value of care
- Demonstrate analysis of business issues to identify root causes and solutions
- Present and communicate insights in relevant ways to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist the broader team with general administrative duties as well as operational projects

**The successful applicant will have**:

- An understanding of the daily operations of Michael Hill retail stores
- Strong communication skills, positive can do attitude
- Experience working with RHQ & Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excellent attention to detail and desire to follow through with processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem solve
- Open communication and adaptability to change
- The ability to establish effective team working relationships and maintain professional external relationships
