We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This sought after generalist role will work collaboratively with our team of HR Specialists in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Payroll. Your partners will be our Retail Leaders who will seek your expertise in offering specialist advice in coaching and delivering key HR processes and projects.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Delivering people-focused HR solutions and improve practices
- Partnering with leaders to support business goals
- Identifying and resolve team challenges strategically
- Using HR data to inform decisions and reporting
- Designing and delivering HR-related training
- Supporting retention, talent, and succession planning
- Conducting investigations and preparing reports

**What you'll bring**:

- 3+ years of experience in a HR Advisory or Business Partner role, generalist focussed with strong ER skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or diploma in Human Resources or a related field would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Retail Award and other relevant employment law
- Proven track record of supporting and coaching leaders in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
- The ability to critically analyse HR data for the purpose of identifying trends and preparing HR plans
