Allura Partners are currently working with one of Australia's most trusted brands within the Travel and Insurance sector. Our client is looking for a Change & Communications Manager to join them working across a strategic, transformative and organisation wide program. Working with key stakeholders across the businesses you will develop and lead the end-to-end communication strategies in alignment with the company change strategies. You will be working with a collaborative and highly motivated team to achieve some great outcomes within the business

The Change & Communications Manager role will involve:

- Develop a a robust and holistic change management plan and a supporting communication plan using your experience, expertise and knowledge
- Designing, developing and managing communication and stakeholder engagement across the business
- Conduct an organisation wide impact assessment to understand the implications of change to the business, employees and customers
- Developing and implementing a successful engagement communication plan to ensure all stakeholders are prepared and ready for the changes that will drive business outcomes

To be considered you will:

- Have a strong track record of delivering communications in a corporate environment
- 5 + years experience in change management with a proven track record of developing and implementing large business transformation change projects
- An effective communicator you will have strong written, verbal and visual ability
- Prior experience in delivering change and communication management activities across large-scale programs
- Have the ability to influence and educate senior stakeholders
