**Your New Role: Redefine Change Communications
**In this role, you will be a key player in our Transformation Office, reporting to the Head of Change Management. Your missions is to lead change communication planning and execution across a program of transformative projects while playing a critical role in modernising change communications. Your innovative approach will be put to good use as you work with our delivery teams to develop content in line with our strategic narrative and best practice change communication.
- Analyse communication needs and design new and innovative change communication solutions
- Refine the change communication approach, based on its strategy to implement across projects.
- Collaborate with Change Managers and Training Leads to develop work products that enable organisational change.
- Ensure key messaging is adapted for different audiences and channels.
- Create engaging communication collateral for overarching transformational activity.

- Proven expertise in developing and securing approval for multi-channel communications using a wide variety of formats.
- Experience in delivering factual updates and communications across digital platforms
- Experience in conducting change communications analysis and developing change communications plans.
- A talent for building trusted relationships with people at all levels
- Commercial acumen and practical focus.
- Excellence in verbal and written communication skills. Strong management skills specifically planning, time management, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
