**The Role**
The eCommerce Specialist is a key role in digital marketing at Lowes. In this role, you will be responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the Web and creating a seamless digital experience for our customers.
You will drive the management and maintenance of the website and have a proven track record working on eCommerce campaigns from concept to strategy to execution. This is an exciting time to join the business as we look to expand the online presence of Lowes and drive conversion across the web and our stores.
**What you’ll do**
- Pioneer and create opportunities for growth on the eCommerce store - including product catalogues across all digital touchpoints
- Develop and implement an online merchandising strategy and product plan in line with the Marketing Calendar, ensuring alignment of the brand across all channels
- Build and manage e-commerce strategies to maximise the brand
- Implement and utilise effective reporting and analytics to track sales trends, traffic, competitor activity, and campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Implement the look, feel, and functionality of the Lowes consumer-facing front end, ensuring you are proactive in recommending, planning, and bringing about improvements that deliver return on investment and enhance our brand image
- Proactively identify trends and topics communicated by customers to be used as the basis of new content

**Requirements**:
- Prior eCommerce experience, within a retail apparel environment would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels
- Problem-solving and solutions driven
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Magento 2 system experience preferred but not essential
- Strong commercial acumen
- Knowledge of consumers including their shopping habits, cultural interests, speech, and use of technology
- Well organised and attentive to detail
- Great communication skills and collaborative attitude
- BA in Marketing, Digital technologies, or similar relevant field highly regarded
