**Job Title: eCommerce Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **eCommerce Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **Platform Optimization**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of our eCommerce platform, ensuring functionality, user-friendliness, and optimal performance.
- Implement best practices for website navigation, product listings, and checkout processes to maximize conversion rates.
- **Digital Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate eCommerce initiatives with overall digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate on campaigns, promotions, and other activities to drive traffic and sales on the eCommerce platform.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics.
- Generate actionable insights and reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with Amazon / Pureplay
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms, trends, and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
