Job Summary

**Job Description**:
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing support to manage strong relationships with leading institutional consultants across the Asia Pacific region and key research houses in Australia- Dealing with ad hoc consultant requests including data requests, performance reporting etc.- Coordinating and overseeing service and prospecting materials such as presentations for meetings, RFPs, ad hoc reports and general correspondence- Interacting extensively with investment professionals throughout the firm as well as the global consultant relations team- Partnering with our Sales Advisors to provide product support as required- Working with the RFP team to ensure the delivery of high-quality submissions- Gathering and analysing relevant market and competitive positioning data- Coordinating the update of consultant databases for AB strategies- Maintaining client and consultant files and databases

Job Qualifications & Key Attributes

Key attributes required for this role include a resilient, proactive personality with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail. The person must be deadline-driven, able to manage competing demands and have strong influencing and relationship management skills.- Undergraduate university degree- 2-3 years prior work experience, preferably within a client service role and/or within asset management- Interest in financial markets and familiarity with finance/investment management concepts- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills- Motivated self-starter willing to take ownership of work and prioritize effectively- Strong time management and organisation skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure- Strong oral and written communication skills- A strong team player- Strong work ethic and ambition- Willingness to ask questions and raise issues as necessary

**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
