
Sales Administrator

We are now looking for a person with exceptional administration and customer service skills to work alongside a number of sales individuals within our organisation.
In this role you will be working in a support role and be the main point-of-contact for the Sales teams and serve as an internal business partner to the other functional teams.
The key component of this role is to provide outstanding sales and customer service support to our external customers and internal stakeholders through outbound and inbound telephone contact. Key to the role, for which we will train you, is to input new customer data into our systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
This role encompasses the following key responsibilities:
- Adding and maintaining new and existing contracts.
- Administering all aspects of the contract process including raising and managing customers agreements.
- Assists in training and onboarding our customers on the effective use of our processes.
- Processing quarterly rebates based on invoice value.
- Delivering customer service so as to co-ordinate internal resources as needed.
- Quoting on product software and services.
- Ensure all your vendors deals are reported in our CRM system.
- Communication of credit, currency, payment terms and insurance with customers.
- Validating purchase orders and entering the data into the relevant system.
- Proactive work and communication on delivery dates and other confirmations.
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
In this role, you will need to have the following to be successful:
- Minimum High School Certificate (or equivalent).
- Professional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and customer service orientation with the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience with bills of materials, quoting and ERP systems (desirable).
- Experience with liaising across an organisation with multiple stakeholders, and,
- The ability and/ or knowledge on some finance processes such as how to organise credit. If you do not possess this skill, we will train you.
