**The Role**:
Reporting to the **General Manager of Sales & Marketing**, this position has the following duties:

- Assist with commercial review & approval of sales contracts
- Answering/directing inbound phone calls to appropriate parties
- Database upkeep & management - input on how this can be better
- General ad hoc sales administration support duties
- Contribution & coordination of company social events
