About the role
The Payroll Resolutions Officer is responsible for investigating and resolving simple end-to-end payroll resolutions for DoT portfolio employees This position is also responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to provide payroll support as a result of legislative and/or policy changes and general advice for payroll related processes and activities.
Position outcomes
- Payroll Resolutions - The Payroll Resolutions Officer has delivered support in the investigation and resolution of Payroll enquiries, focusing on accuracy, quality, and delivery, ensuring a positive and professional experience for DoT portfolio employees.
- Payroll Data Management - a range of records are accurately maintained using our human resource information systems, Electronic Document Records Management System and other manual and computerised systems and databases.
- Stakeholder Engagement - The Payroll Resolutions Officer has responded to customer enquiries in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of users by preparing clear and concise correspondence on payroll issues with advice and recommendations for resolution.
- Data Integrity Controls - has ensured data integrity in the collection and entering of data into payroll systems. Ensures this is maintained and accurate to enable reporting as required.
