**Vietnamese Support Worker - Lilyfield (Ongoing Casual Work)**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an **outstanding Vietnamese-speaking support worker** who is kind, compassionate, and dedicated to empowering people with disabilities. This role involves providing **person-centered care** and building a strong, respectful relationship with the client.

**Key Details**:

- Location**:Lilyfield**:

- Regular shifts**:Wednesdays and Fridays**, 4 hours per day between **9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.**

**What You’ll Need**:

- **Fluent Vietnamese** language skills (essential)
- A passion for helping others and delivering quality support
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, professional attitude
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability

**Preferred Experience**:

- **2-4 years** of experience in the disability support sector OR relevant lived experience

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- **Current Driver’s License** and **own vehicle**:

- Vehicle must have **registration and CTP insurance**:

- **All current NDIS clearances**:

- **COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate + booster**:

- **First Aid & CPR certificate**:

- **Manual Handling training** (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $41.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification + CPR Certificate (required)
- Current Drivers License (required)
- ALL NDIS clearances (required)
- COVID Vaccination (incl. Booster) (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
