**Skills, Experience &Certifications**:

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Previous experience as a Support Worker will be highly regarded but not required

We support participants of all ages to achieve their personal, social, recreation, employment, and life goals. We do this through 1:1 support and group support seven days a week. H&S Support aims to break down the stigma around mental health, aged care, and disabilities and advocates for the inclusion of everyone. We support and empower people to live life the way they choose.

**Pay Rate **_**(Casual)**_**:
From $35 Hourly Rate + 10% Super up to $64 Hourly Rate + 10% Super depending on shift. (Not including Public Holiday Rates).
