Reputable, national health service provider located in beautiful offices in Woolloomooloo requires a part time administrator to support their busy payroll team.

**Position**
Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be able to use your administration skills to support the team while learning as you go. No payroll experience necessary. Hybrid/flexible working arrangements - work from home 50/50. Part time - work around your studies or family responsibilities. This role will is a 12 month fixed term contract with a view to permanent after 12 months (full leave entitlements during contract period)
Duties will include;
- Sending out letters of service
- Responding to enquiries
- General administration tasks using MS Office
- Preparing reports and correspondence
- Assisting with projects
**Profile**
- Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel
- Positive can do attitude and a willingness to learn
- An interest in learning about payroll would be an advantage
- Customer service skills
