**About the Role**:
As a ERP Administrator at WHSmith, you will be primarily responsible for data entry and maintenance of menus, recipes, products and supplier information across the Food network of stores nationally.
You will also be responsible for the following:
- Master Data Management of Food in Business Central ERP System.
- Data entry of proposed new menus, pricing, products and recipe cards in Business Central.
- Data entry and creation of promotions in Business Central.
- Prepare uploads for rotating menus and operate within approved guidelines/cycles.
- Provide administrative support in production, menu design, and other strategic planning activities to ensure that Food by WHSmith contribute to the achievement of objectives.
- Collect information to support the present and creation of production sheets.
- Input and collate data for reports on the availability of products and finished products to the Executive Chef.
- Review of reports/dashboards to identify errors; stocktakes investigations and variance reporting.
- Review sales, waste and shrink variances to ensure best outcome for business.
- Liaise with external suppliers to ensure compliance with necessary standards, costings and deadlines.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
**About You**:
- Understanding of ERP Systems -Microsoft Business Central and Windows 365 (preferable)
- Experience and knowledge of Databases/SQL (preferable)
- Understanding of food & beverage operations.
- Ability to understand and cost recipe costing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel ability.
- Excellent time management skills.
