Support Worker Co is a leading Support Worker Agency that provides best-fit Disability Support Workers to Disability Service providers.

We are currently seeking Casual Support Workers to work across 24-hour SIL services & day programs in
**Wellington Point.**

**Overview of the role**:

- The role will primarily be based in a SIL service, however there will be some shifts available in the day program.
- 24-hour care model, meaning staff are required to work a combination of shifts - morning (from 6am), afternoon (from 2pm), overnight (predominately sleep overs).
- Assist participants with the range of personal activities including hygiene support, medication assistance, manual handling, domestic assistance & meals.
- Following specific positive behaviour support plans (PBSP)
Assist participants with engaging in community, social and recreational activities.
- Support people within both group settings and 1-on-1 arrangements.
- Use a company vehicle and/or your own vehicle to transport participants to community-based outings.

**What you need**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant)
- Australian Driver's License (minimum P2)
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Up to date with your COVID19 vaccinations
- Reliable car with registration and comprehensive insurance
- Reliable smart phone with data
