**About the Role**

We currently have positions available for casual Disability Support Workers to support our NDIS participants with community access & in-home care.

In recruiting our newest team members, we’ll be looking for reliable, caring, and passionate attributes, along with those looking for personal and career growth. Having a Certificate 3 and/or 4 in Individual Support and prior experience is preferred, but not essential.

We have a wide range of shifts available across a 24/7 roster, so shifts are flexible and so are we. Hours may vary depending on participant requirements.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Have your own reliable vehicle
- Drivers Licence
- Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete prior to commencement of employment)
- Assist with Medication Certificate (or willing to complete prior to commencing employment)
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (not essential, but preferred by most participants)
- Working with Children Card (Blue Card)
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to complete prior to commencing
employment)

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- support work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Cert. III Individual Support in Disability and/or Aged Care (preferred)
- Queensland Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle (preferred)
- National Police Check (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
