We're hiring compassionate, reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across Victoria Point and the wider Redlands region.

What you'll do

  • Provide person-centred support to people with disabilities in their homes and communities
  • Assist with daily living – personal care, mobility, meal prep, domestic tasks
  • Facilitate community access – appointments, social events, outings
  • Support clients with independence and goal achievement
  • Accurately document your work using our digital platform
  • Work across a range of shifts including sleepovers, weekends & public holidays

What we're looking for

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Blue Card with Working with Children (Y) exemption
  • National Police Check (within 12 months)
  • Completed NDIS Worker Orientation & Induction Modules
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and sleepovers
  • Driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle (Comprehensive cover preferred)

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Nursing background
  • Medication administration, Epilepsy or Midazolam training
  • Mental Health First Aid
  • Confidence using mobile-based care apps
