Saffron Global Groceries is currently looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their team on a casual basis. The role involves working closely with the founder and independently to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Key responsibilities include restocking and maintaining the presentation of shelves, upkeeping general hygiene, serving customers with various groceries, sliced meats, pastries, and making coffee.

To succeed in this role, punctuality, honesty, and genuineness are highly valued. Fluency in Farsi is a must to facilitate interactions with customers and further embrace the shop's cultural roots. As an employer, the founder treats employees like loved ones, creating a supportive and caring work environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 16 per week
