**The Opportunity**

We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team at AMA Collision Osborne Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to support our team and assist in the smooth operation of the workshop, providing vital administrative & invoicing support, and keeping our customers updated throughout the repair process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a welcoming, customer-friendly environment
- Greet customers upon arrival and provide an exceptional service experience
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs and anticipated completion dates
- Contact customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction with their experience
- Assist management with inventory management (parts, paint, consumables)
- Liaise with insurance companies regarding claims and repairs
