Newly created Customer Support role in the Diabetes space
- Mon-Fri with some on call opportunities, Mona Vale moving to Nth Syd in July
- $70k+super+$7k bonus+$1000/week for being on-call
Tenacity CX have partnered with this Global Medical Device Company who are seeking a
**Customer Support Specialist** to be a part of this growing team in the Diabetes Industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take after sales enquiries on Diabetic Medical Equipment
- After-sales support and maintenance advice
- Trouble shooting / customer service / education of your customers on how to use the equipment
**About you**
- **MUST have an understanding of the Diabetes space whether on a personal or professional level**:
- You MUST have strong customer service experience
- You must have strong written & verbal communication skills
- A desire to deliver the best customer service experience
- Competent with technology and with a demonstrated ability to learn new things
**Mona Vale location (move to North Sydney in July this year).**
**MUST have an understanding of the Diabetes space (either professionally OR personally).**
**Mon-Fri with some on call opportunities.**
**$70k+super+$7k bonus+$1000/week for being on-call.**
