About the role
The Service Delivery Coordinator is a key contributor within the National Service Delivery team. The role will assist in the management of dedicated, on-site transitional and ongoing services for a range of nominated National and Global accounts. The role will also be responsible for monitoring onsite resource SLA compliance, including the identification of business risks and SLA reporting. The role ensures that all necessary day to day matters, stakeholder management, risks and compliances are managed in a manner that the organisation achieves its goals and builds a great brand reputation.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications and Experience
- Required: Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Desirable: ITIL Foundation v4 and Prince2 Foundation Certification.
- Desirable: Basic proficiency in SAP/CRM and SAP PRD400
- Understanding of client relationship management, service level agreement (SLA) management, service change management and service delivery performance management/metrics.
- Understanding of a variety of solutions and technologies, with expertise in IT services, print management, document management/capture or enterprise content management solutions.

- Reside in Sydney/Melbourne or surrounding areas.
