**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Effectively manage the administration functions of Student Services for Clinical Education. Assist the Senior Manager Business and Partnerships, Associate Director Clinical Education and Associate Director Professional Engagement and Partnerships, by ensuring a high standard of administration whilst supporting the delivery of NSW Ambulance education services, accommodation services, clinical placements and general student services.

**ABOUT YOU**
- As the Coordinator Student Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth administration and delivery of high-quality support services for NSW Ambulance education programs. This includes overseeing student services, clinical placements, and accommodation services while maintaining a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency.
- Your ability to manage a variety of administrative functions, such as records management, correspondence, and event coordination, will be essential. In this role, you will act as a liaison with external partners, including accommodation providers, universities, and NSW Health agencies, ensuring contractual obligations are met. Your expertise in managing relationships will be crucial to securing valuable clinical training opportunities for NSW Ambulance clinicians and facilitating seamless placement experiences for students.
- You will also assist the Senior Manager Business and Partnerships by providing insights and advice on administrative processes related to Student Services. The role requires time management, leadership, and delivering exceptional support services, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
