Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating resources to maintenance crews across the network, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery that supports customers, the environment, and operational excellence.

This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for minimising customer impact from daily maintenance activities, managing multiple operational and environmental incidents, and providing 24/7 response capability for network faults.

  • Coordinate with other utilities and contractors to ensure timely repairs
  • Manage workflows for field crews to meet priority timeframes
  • Communicate proactively with customers affected by service interruptions
  • Deliver timely operational insights using available data sources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate resources to maintain Sydney Water's network
  • Minimise customer impact from maintenance activities
  • Manage operational and environmental incidents
  • Provide 24/7 response capability for network faults
