Project Coordinator

Due to an expansion within our Network Servcies, ICT business services and fulfilment division, an exciting opportunity to bring on a new Junior Project Coordinator has become available.

As a Junior Project Coordinator with Efiniti, you will join an experienced team of specialists in delivering large scale Enterprise projects and programs, ensuring an excellent customer centric experience and on time delivery.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Coordination and management of transition activities
- Co-ordinate and manage multiple work groups and tasks ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines
- Develop and maintain communication with all the stakeholders and customers
- Track key project tasks and dependencies
- Create portfolios to monitor progress and to meet project requirements
- Attend stakeholder meetings to determine the project and client requirements
- Analyse customer requirements and ensure accurate provisioning of customer work order
- Coordinate and facilitate communication across all the teams associated with the project
- Provide progress updates to communicate challenges or delays to customers and stakeholders; provide solutions to resolve these challenges and a timeframe.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Has a degree in Management or Project management or some related prior experience
- Customer centric approach, providing with exceptional stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Strong communication-both verbal and written
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a level of technical aptitude
- Experience in project delivery/management or Knowledge and understanding of project-based fundamentals
- Experience within Telecommunication field will be highly desirable however not essential
- Experience in servicing business, enterprise, and government customers.
- Able to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Able to quickly adapt to changing business and customer requirements
- Organised with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Quick decision-making skills and able to think creatively
