The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for effectively engaging with key stakeholders, strategically and operationally, to deliver on Seeing Machines business objectives.
Seeing Machines is a growing global organisation, you will work closely with hiring managers across the business to deliver a comprehensive, high-volume end to end recruitment service.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide high level recruitment advice, support, and services, ensuring compliance with Seeing Machines policies, procedures, and current legislation
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection cycle from raising vacancies to appointment and onboarding, including timely review and approval of job requests and posting job adverts
- Set out clear resourcing strategies
- Work with internal stakeholders to support the creation and review of Position Descriptions and salary benchmarking data
- Coordination of interview scheduling and provide administrative support relating to recruitment
- Coordination of relocation and immigration-related aspects
- Extract and deliver data and information around recruitment, salary benchmarking, reporting and analysis to support HR operations and for stakeholders
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to strengthen HR processes and activities and actively contribute to new P&C initiatives and strategic HR projects in support of company operational and strategic goals
- Liaise with Recruitment 3rd party suppliers (such as LinkedIn, Seek, Recruitment agencies)
- Raise Purchase orders, and process invoices in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as requested, consistent with the level of the position and in line with the principle of multi-skilling

About you

- 5 years + experience working in a similar capacity, either in-house or agency
- Experience working in the technology sector
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptable, high-volume environment
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and work with employees at all levels of the organisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to champion ideas and achieve consensus within a team
- Ability to operate and plan in a rapidly changing environment.
