They are seeking an enthusiastic **Instructional Designer **to join a high-performing **Sales Learning & Development **team in the mix of an exciting change journey **What you’ll be doing** - Contributing to the instructional design process methodology including; analysis of the audience, job tasks, the development of curriculum maps, storyboards, flowcharts, performance objectives, testing strategies, and learning activities. - Developing learning content for SaaS offerings, workflows, product knowledge and sales skills in support of the Channel Sales and Service organisation. - Delivering training, workshops and classes to support a global workforce and remote learners. - Engaging in classroom observations of effective facilitation processes that enable the delivery of the curriculum. - Assisting in the development of Technology-Based training (TBT) and instructor-led training (ILT) packages. **What you’ll bring to the team** - Ability to conduct end-to-end analysis for learning needs - Ability to design performance-based courses aligned to identified objectives (both instructor-led and web-based training) - Proficiency across organisations' technology - Zoom, Slack, GSuite - Proficiency in design methodology - ADDIE, CRI, Kirkpatrick - Experience with Articulate, Camtasia and InDesign **Perks** - This employer supports hybrid - work from home or office (**Sydney CBD**) - Enjoy Paid Public Holidays & additional "Recharge" Days **What’s next?
