- One of Australian’s iconic, household brands are looking for a Customer Insights Manager to lead key strategic customer research on a wide variety of their products and service offerings.
- Whilst the information and data already exists within the company, your role will be to extract the meaningful data, analyse those key data sets and provide insightful commentary and recommendations based on the trends identified and additional market research.**Your full range of duties will be varied and broadly span across the following**:
- Identify existing customer needs and trends
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Identify and promote customer/revenue growth opportunities through improving existing strategies and highlighting new engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to develop an holistic customer feedback strategy and process.
This is a newly created role to join an organisation that is serious about understanding its customers and wants to build their business around them. You will be part of a collaborative and progressive culture who operate on the hybrid split of in and out of office working. Whilst life will begin on a 12 month fixed term contract if you’re enjoying the role and all is well this will move to a permanent position. This is a hands on role and, despite the title, is not responsible for managing others but suits someone who can get into the details of the data but equally present meaningful insights and packs to leaders within the group.
