Are you an experienced and purpose-driven mental health professional ready to lead with heart and inspire change? Pure Insights is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services across our national network. This is a values-led leadership opportunity to shape a positive team culture and make a real impact on the lives of participants and communities.
About Pure Insights
At Pure Insights, we believe every interaction matters. We're a purpose-driven allied health organisation delivering evidence-based counselling and wellbeing programs that challenge limiting beliefs, empower individuals to build resilience, and create meaningful change.
Through Connection, Empowerment, Integrity, Purpose, and Soar, we help individuals and organisations realise their potential and thrive.
We operate within the Community, Disability, and Employment sectors, partnering with providers nationwide to deliver impactful, person-centred services.
The Role
As the Clinical Manager, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and empower a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred, and culturally responsive services.
- Oversee clinical quality, risk, and governance across all programs, ensuring compliance and service excellence.
- Drive professional development, supervision, and capability-building across the workforce.
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical programs that enhance client outcomes.
- Lead clinician onboarding, training, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the National Operations Manager and Program teams to co-design and improve service models across NDIS, Employment Services, Community, and Job Access programs.
- Partner with our UK clinical team to share best practice, innovation, and programs.
- Manage clinical systems and reporting platforms, demonstrating strong technical proficiency to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.
- Plan and coordinate internal events, professional development sessions, and workshops that strengthen clinical culture and staff capability.
- Deliver a small clinical caseload to maintain engagement with practice delivery.
- Foster a culture of connection, accountability, and purpose — where every team member feels empowered to soar.
- Work flexibly across environments — combining remote work with on-site collaboration at our referral partners' offices (employment service providers).
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
- Full registration/accreditation with AHPRA, PACFA, ACA, or AASW.
- 3–5 years' experience in clinical leadership, supervision, or team management.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centred approaches.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in one or more of the following sectors: employment services, justice, alcohol and other drugs, refugee support, complex mental health, domestic and family violence, or cross-cultural service delivery.
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals from diverse and vulnerable backgrounds, and a commitment to empowering others through compassionate, evidence-informed practice.
- Proven ability to drive compliance, culture, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills.
Why Join Pure Insights?
- Lead with purpose in an organisation built on Connection, Empowerment, Integrity, Purpose, and Soar.
- Be part of a passionate team making a real difference across Australia.
- Help shape the future of inclusive, evidence-informed mental health services within a growing, values-driven organisation.
