Fast paced fintech looking for a Customer Analytics Manager
- 12 month day rate contract | Competitive day rates | No direct reports
- Must be technically strong in SQL., customer segmentation modelling & Tableau

Awesome 12 month day rate contract role, driving analytics and solving strategic commercial outcomes for the businesses.

Analytics Lead / Manager
- Strategic & Technical Insights work
- Manage end to end strategic projects and collaborate with top data analytics and insights teams

Analytics Lead / Manager role managing end to end projects and building products in one of Sydney's most established analytics environments.

You will be exposed to production and POC big data environments, advanced analytics and strategy projects, with training and exposure to many of the latest cutting-edge tools in the data.

The role:
You will be hands on, but the main responsibility of the role is to drive and manage various projects for different business units internally.
- Development of self serving analytics for the entire business
- Work on operational, strategic and customer focused analytics, problems and solutions
- Transform analytical output into actionable insights, build clients materials, and engage clients throughout the process (scoping to delivery)
- Work with and manage key internal stakeholders
- Opportunity to manage cross functional teams to lead analysts on tasks and projects.
- Ensuring quality control and oversight of reporting outputs.

Skills required:

- Is it essential that you have been Senior Analyst or a Lead in a large corporate ideally from Retail, Loyalty, Fintech or a Payments business
- strong stakeholder management, and storytelling, deck development, presenting, managing analytics deliverables, embedding the insights.
- Extensive experience working in a large, complex customer analytics environment, ideally with some exposure to strategy or data products
- SQL for extracting, querying and relational databases are essential (ideally Teradata, but will consider other data warehouses)
- Strong visualisation skills are essential (Ideally Tableau)
- Exposure to cloud platforms is highly regarded (google could platform / GCP, AWS or Azure
