XAVIER GREEN PROJECTS PTY LTD trading as Elixon 7 are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team in Perth.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating structured maintenance programs to ensure reliability, compliance, and efficiency of operations. You will play a key role in planning and scheduling maintenance activities, liaising with internal teams and external providers, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement structured maintenance plans, including equipment coding and criticality classification.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage maintenance workflows and records using ClickUp or equivalent systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Ensure field equipment meets Mine Spec and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate external contractors and suppliers to deliver cost-effective maintenance solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical, procedural, and compliance documentation.
- Provide drafting support (2D/3D) and assist in project supervision as required.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimise downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner, Scheduler, or similar role in engineering, mining, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning processes, asset management, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency with planning software (e.g., ClickUp, SAP, Pronto, or similar).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant trade or engineering qualifications will be highly regarded.

A remuneration package of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate. This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, with an immediate start available.
